Public Hearings
7:45 PM   Notice of Intent for the construction of a new, single-family house, subsurface disposal system, utilities, site grading and landscaping of disturbed areas within the 100-foot buffer zone of a bordering vegetated wetland at 484 Pleasant St., Assessor’s Map 16, Lots 15B & 15B-1 for Masako Pina represented by Land Planning, Inc., 1115 Main St., Hanson (DEP #175-0459)  (New Hearing)

Craig Nicholson read the Public Hearing Notice and the abutters were verified.  Bernie Munro representing the owner attended and explained that the applicant owns the front lot and wants to sell the back lot to be developed.  The driveway would be out of the 50-foot no build zone and the structure and septic would be out of the 100-foot buffer zone.  Sharon LePorte had delineated the wetland line.  Because of the snow, the line had not been checked for accuracy.  Ms. Delaney suggested that, in the future, the haybale line is noted as the limit of work on the plan.  The septic has been Board of Health approved.  Phil read the abutters list.  None were present.

Motion to continue until February 8, 2005 at 7:45 PM for verification of the wetland line if possible:  Craig Nicholson
        Second:  Sean Chrisman
        Vote:  3-0-0

8:00 PM  Continued Notice of Intent for construction of an addition to the existing structure at 1139 Main St., Assessor's Map 43, Lots 36A & 36B for owner Angelo D’Emilia, Demco Enterprises, 31 Perkins St., Bridgewater, MA  02324 represented by Land Planning, Inc., 1115 Main St., Hanson, MA 02341  (DEP #175-___)  - cancelled per request of Land Planning
